I had Serena Cohen as my Doctor yesterday because Dr. Bistline had a baby :) Dr. Cohen is the best! She has a great personality and extremely knowledgeable too. The front desk receptionist was also very helpful and tried to save as much money for me as possible by working with my insurance. This is really a fantastic team. I wish more people know about this place because this is by far the best optometrist office I have ever been to and I have been wearing glasses and contacts since I was 12 years old.

Dr. Bistline is friendly, personable and thorough. I would never go anywhere else! This was my first eye exam and he talked me through every step. His staff is also very helpful. Great experience!!

I called the Willow grove office yesterday to check on a rebate I had submitted and have not heard back from. I spoke with the office manager Jaid(sp) and can not express how wonderful and excellent her follow up was with me. It was a breath of fresh air to have real customer service. Thank you, my family will be back!

I had my first eye appointment with Dr. Kevin Bistline. I was vary pleased! I was thinking it would be a so so experience. They were professional and nice and the Doctor was vary genuine. Gave a choice of different services, Listened to my history and gave suggestions. I will make this my regular eye doctor. I was vary happy with the service.

I went in for a routine eye exam and I really loved it! The price without vision insurance was affordable, my appointment was late enough that I could do it after work hours, and the appointment went quickly and smoothly. Dr. Bistline answered all of my questions, and the Optomap imaging allowed me to get out of dilation, so that was a plus. I'd been putting off an eye exam because I didn't want to take the time, but after seeing how smoothly that went, I'm going to get one every year. Yay for healthy eyes!!

I've been going to Bistline Vision Care for about 3 years. It's located inside LensCrafter in the Plymouth Meeting Mall. Scheduling appointments is easy & there is never a wait. I never feel rushed or forced into any brand of contacts/glasses. I didn't like the first trial of contacts I was given & it was an easy switch into another trial pair. Also, ordering contacts on the phone is super easy & they shipped them directly to my house for free.

My family and I have been receiving our eye care from Kevin Bistline for almost 3 years now and I would never go anywhere else. He is so knowledgeable, kind and understanding. He explained to me how my meds were affecting my eye sight, something I'd never been told before. I have a son with a rare genetic disease who has always required a specialist for his eye care as his disease affects his eyes. Dr. Bistline accepted him without hesitation and caught issues often before they even began because he could see very minor changes but enough to signal an issue and immediately he referred him out. He always ensured he was seen within 48 hrs and was on top of following up with the specialist always maintaining a high level of care.  He worked tirelessly with me to find just the right contact prescription, which wasn't easy.

I have no eye insurance,  but recognized I was a veteran and offered me a discount without my ever asking. Through the VA I get a discount on contacts and he matched it to save me the hassle of another step.

Often, u may find a great doctor but his staff will drive u away,  this is definately NOT the case in this office. His receptionist is amazing, she is so sweet and helpful, she will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs.  Together, this is a dynamic team! !

I simply cannot thank Dr. Bistline & his staff enough for all his diligence in preserving my family's vision and we're going to miss him and his staff as we are moving out of state.

I called last night because I was running out of contacts and while they were unable to order me a 3 month supply (I just got a new job and am waiting on insurance to come in), they were able to supply me with trial lenses since I have been a patient as well as schedule me for a visit today over my lunch hour (super fast in and out). Dr. Bistline is very personable too which is a plus!!

Dr. Bistline and his staff are awesome! Making an appointment is easy and their hours are phenomenal. For my first appointment, I was in and out within 45 minutes. The waiting time is minimal. I didn't like the first set of contacts, so I called to ask what my other options were and Dr. Bistline answered the phone himself. That does not happen with other eye care centers! I ended up changing my mind on two different pairs. My fiance and I both went there and were extremely happy with the kind of service they provided us. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bistline Vision Care!

Very nice doctor and staff. Great hours. Explains everything in a detailed manner. Helped me out with insurance information.
